Some things cannot be rushed. They are grown slowly, tended with care, shaped by generations of hands who understood that the land gives back what you put into it — and that true quality is not manufactured, it is cultivated.

Join us for an intimate evening that honors this philosophy — a rare opportunity to taste, discover, and connect with the remarkable artisan products of the Appalachian Cellar. From the fertile hollows and ridge-top farms of West Virginia, we bring you a showcase that is as much story as it is flavor.

The Evening Experience

Grazing Tables, Desserts & Beverages  ·  Hinerman Hill Farm

Hinerman Hill Farm will craft an extraordinary spread of artisan grazing tables and handmade desserts, each thoughtfully prepared to highlight the singular flavors of Appalachian Cellar’s finest products. Expect abundant, beautiful boards that invite conversation and discovery, accompanied by house-crafted teas, elevated mocktails, and botanically infused waters, each one a small act of intention.

Coffee Service  ·  Aroma of the Andes

The evening will be graced with coffee from Aroma of the Andes, a treasured offering also available through the Appalachian Cellar. Rich, complex, and grown with the same deep-earth philosophy that defines this showcase, each cup is a testament to what happens when provenance is taken seriously. This is coffee with a story worth savoring.
